This service ("Storyseller", "we", "us") is operated by David Ransom Paddy(the "Seller"). The Seller acts as the data controller for personal data processed through this website and the Storyseller application.

• Account data: email address, hashed password, account creation date.
• Content data: URLs, prompts, and inputs you submit to generate emails; generated outputs.
• Usage data: generation counts, feature usage, timestamps.
• Support data: messages you send to us.
• Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, log data.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and are not stored by us.

• Paddle.com Market Ltd. — our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling on our behalf.
• Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers that host the Storyseller app.
• AI providers that process prompts and generate email content.
• Analytics and error-monitoring providers for product improvement and reliability.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where required.
• Authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

Your data may be transferred outside your country of residence, including to the United States and the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Account data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after account closure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@storyseller.app. UK/EEA users have the right to complain to their local supervisory authority. We aim to respond within one month.
